Groundfloor: kitchen with large dining area equipped with TV colour, microwave, sofa bed, and under the backporch a washing machine and a wash basin.
First floor: double bedroom with terrace, bedroom with 2 single beds, large lumber-room, bathroom with window. The back front looks onto the pinewood and the Natural Park of Maremma.
Distance from the sea: 1 km: 10 minutes walk through the pinewood or 5 minutes along the asphalt road. The weekly price of this solution includes all charges, agency, cleaning, and consumption of energy, water, gaz. Linen is not included. Principina a Mare (Grosseto) is located in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest bordering the Natural Park of Maremma. The beach and the clear blue sea are getting for years get the Blue Flag of Europe. Principina arises as an area for the summer holidays, with houses in the woods, some hotels, residences and a quiet campsite. Tourists can choose a relaxing holiday, in a bath, or in the immaculate beach, or enjoy one of the many water sports, including sailing, kite surfing, jet skiing, or, finally, do excursions (on foot or on horseback) within the park.
Principina offers unique itineraries, from the neighboring marshes of the “Tombolo”, to the pinewoods of Marina di Alberese, from the mouth of the river Ombrone to the complex of the Uccellina. The area is mostly flat, and you can move around easily by bike or on foot.
Principina is a place of tranquility and relaxation in contact with nature, from which, however, only a few minutes drive, you can also reach the crowded coastal resorts of Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia, Follonica, animated during the summer from restaurants, bars, trendy discos, concerts and pleasing outdoor performances.
