First floor: double bedroom with terrace, bedroom with 2 single beds, large lumber-room, bathroom with window. The back front looks onto the pinewood and the Natural Park of Maremma.
Distance from the sea: 1 km: 10 minutes walk through the pinewood or 5 minutes along the asphalt road. The weekly price of this solution includes all charges, agency, cleaning, and consumption of energy, water, gaz. Linen is not included. Principina a Mare (Grosseto) is located in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest bordering the Natural Park of Maremma. Principina arises as an area for the summer holidays, with houses in the woods, some hotels, residences and a quiet campsite.
